Shipping Domestic

FREE SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR THE UNITED STATES ONLY.

Most items ship within 3-5 days. If it will be longer, I will let you know via email. Special orders may take several weeks to create and fulfill. Let me know if you need something more urgently and I will try to accommodate you.

Please contact me if your package has not arrived or has arrived damaged. All packages will be shipped with tracking numbers.

I use the United State Postal Service, which is the most cost effective service. Although I have made every effort to build the most accurate costs into this website, there are situations that cannot be reasonably simulated. For example, if you purchase more than one item, these can often be combined in one box and result in a lower shipping cost than anticipated. If this is the case, i will refund you the difference.

Shipping International

FREE SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR THE UNITED STATES ONLY. At this time, I do not have rates for international shipping. If you are not in the U.S., contact me by email and I can quote you a specific shipping cost.

Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, I will accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item. To arrange for a return, send me a message via the Contact Me page. Once I receive the package back in satisfactory condition, you will be refunded the purchase price less the shipping costs.

do you accept custom orders?

Many of the Treasure Boxes, Wall Art and Et Cetera pieces can be recreated, although they will never look the same as what you see on line. That’s a good thing - art is an evolutionary, not a stationary process. If there is a piece you would like to buy but it is sold out, contact me and I will let you know if I can make a new one. I will send you photos for your approval before your purchase.
