Shadow men with umbrellas float down to earth as fiery suns ascend to the heavens. This mixed media painting is the result of a collaboration with the wonderful fine art painter, Elizabeth Sumner. I found these Magritte-like gentlemen in the background of a photograph. After a long photoshop session, they have been reborn as tiny art heroes. The suns are from printed acrylic works.
